Self-Service Plan

Webmaster labor will be charged at the hourly rate.

Monthly Maintenance Plan

Includes up to one hour per month of basic services such as updates. Additional webmaster labor will be charged at the hourly rate.

Hourly Rates

Labor is charged in hourly increments.

Basic Service $35/hr

File transfers, formatting simple text to html, simple re-sizing/cropping of images, setting up email accounts, domain changes, etc.

Image and video editing, meetings, training, design, specific fonts/layouts/colors, scripting, anything else

Terms of Service

Commitments

• I will do my best to make sure your website is always available for use on the web
• You will not be charged for my labor for server problems not caused by you
• I expect the website to be available more than 99% of the time, excluding time needed for regular maintenance and updates

Stipulations

• You will not allow anyone besides you, me and my agent to access cPanel Website Control Panel for your websites hosted by Action Web
• You will not allow anyone besides you, me and my agent FTP access for your websites hosted by Action Web
• Proof-read your text before sending it to me. It increases my labor if you wait until your text is online and then ask me to fix it.
• Anything that can be handled by email or post, should be. Meetings are expensive and usually a phone call will do instead.
• Leave cPanel alone unless you know exactly what you are doing.
• Do not send me copy-protected media to publish for you, I have to charge extra to work with it. Instead, send me your media in a non-protected format.
